Im not the grey mass, Im Nansy Mass!
Something my teacher once pointed out in College. But to be fair, he had a point! I am a full-on creative with a sharp strategic mind, solving client problems in the media and creative realm. Brainstorming, storytelling and creative thinking put me on the spectrum of seeing a wide range of perspectives, from planning to executing creative projects.
In the modern world of AI, creative problem-solving and thinking is an asset that a machine can't really beat and, my agency is all about it!

Background:
​
My educational background is 4 years in Media and advertisement Design at Tartu Art College and 2 years in Crossmedia Production (M.A.) at Baltic Film & Media School, Tallinn University. Last degree was combined with journalism and advanced entrepreneurship studies at Tartu University and Stockholm School of Economics, Riga.
In my field of work, I have worked in various media, advertisement, and marketing agencies and gained experience with globally well-known brands, mid-size companies, and even building brands from scratch. Later I created my own agency working on a remote basis with various international brands, agencies, and companies.

My studies and experiences equipped me with the media creation side and, furthermore with management, execution, financing, and future technology side. The wide spectrum of my studies and work experiences combined have given me an advantage to see the wider scope of media and creative projects that allow me to successfully execute a wide range of projects, but also offer consulting and coaching for businesses and individuals.
